Payment Verification Process: Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Apple Pay / Google Pay Verification
Apple Pay:
● Provide a screenshot of your Apple device showing the Device Account Number and the last 4 digits of the real card used to fund the account.
If screenshots are blocked (iOS 18 and above):
● Take a photo using another device showing the same details.
Steps to view your Device Account Number:
● Open Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay
● Tap your Apple Card
● Tap the Info tab and authenticate to view your card number
(or)
● Open the *Wallet app > select your card > tap the “i/info” icon > Info tab > Device Account Number
Also include:
● A copy/picture of the linked real card
● Or a bank/Apple Card statement showing your name, logo, and transactions made to Pulsz.com.
Step 2: Bank Account Verification (esp. If the above step is not working)
Provide a copy of your bank statement showing:
● Your name and address
● The last 4 digits of the bank account number
● The bank’s logo or issuer name
● The document must be no older than 3 months
● Transactions that match the AP transactions
Step 3: Upload Instructions
● Log in to your Pulsz account
● Go to My Account > Upload Your Document
● Select the document type from the dropdown
If your document type is not listed or you’ve reached the upload limit, choose “Other”
● Click Next, and you will be directed to a page to upload your document.
● Select "Start" then click or drop a file to upload.
● Ensure your file is clear, readable, and meets the requirements
