To verify your Pulsz account, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

1. Government Issued Photo ID

A government-issued identification document with your photo, and a selfie of you next to it. Examples of acceptable IDs are:

• Driver’s license
• State/National ID
• Passport

When taking a Selfie, please make sure you are facing the camera directly as you would in a photo of your ID, Driver’s License or Passport. 

2. Proof of residential address

A colored scan or photograph of a document proving your address. This document must show your full name, address, and date of issue, and must be issued within the last 3 months.

Example documents include:

• Credit card statement
• Lease agreement
• Council bill
• Phone bill
• US social security card
• Social security card
• Bank statement
• Utility bill

The quickest way to do this is to submit your ID and most recent bank statement. This process is handled by a trusted, international, 3rd party provider and your data is completely secure. 

You can submit them by going to “My Account” tab then select the “Verify your account” tab via the PC website or go to the “More” tab at the lower right side of the screen and then go to the “My Account” tab then select the “Verify your account” tab.
