Can I close/reopen my account?
If you wish to deactivate your Pulsz.com account, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request. You will be asked to fill out:
- Your name
- Your registered email address
- The reason you would like to deactivate your account. You will be choosing an issue on the first dropdown under ‘Please choose an issuefrom below. You may select Account Closure or Responsible Social Gameplay Tools.
- After the first selection, another dropdown will appear. For Account Closure, you may choose between: Unhappy with the Games, Playing on Another Site, and Other. For Responsible Social Gameplay Tools, you can choose between: Take a Break, Self Exclusion and Other.
- You also need to fill out the ‘Subject’ and ‘Description’ bars.
2. Once the Support team confirms that your account has been deactivated, please make sure to log out of your account from all your devices.
If you wish to reopen your Pulsz.com account, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team, providing:
- Your name
- Your registered email address
- The reason you would like to reopen your account
2. Once the support team confirms that your account has been reopened, you can log into your account as usual.
