Refund Request Process
If you’re looking for a refund, reach out to our Customer Support Team with the transaction ID, purchase date and amount – plus the reason and any supporting documentation.
If approved, we’ll process the refund through the original payment method. The processing time can vary depending on your payment provider. If ineligible for a refund, we’ll inform you via email.
Chargebacks
You have the right to request chargebacks, as long as there is a legitimate reason. But we do take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Deliberate misuse of chargebacks may lead to account termination, and you may also face legal charges.
