To verify your Pulsz account, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

1. Government Issued Photo ID

A government-issued identification document withyour photo, and a selfie of you next to it. Examples of acceptable IDs are:

• Driver’s license
• State/National ID
• Passport

When taking a Selfie, please make sure you are facing the camera directly as you would in a photo of your ID, Driver’s License or Passport. 

2. Proof of residential address

A colored scan or photograph of a document proving your address. This document must show your full name, address, and date of issue, and must be issued within the last 3 months.

Example documents include:

• Credit card statement
• Lease agreement
• Council bill
• Phone bill
• US social security card
• Social security card
• Bank statement
• Utility bill

The quickest way to do this is to submit your ID andmost recent bank statement. This process is handled by a trusted, international, 3rd party provider and your data is completely secure.
